Privacy Policy

GOLFFIT ("GOLFFIT," "we," "us") is a college golf recruiting platform that helps junior golfers build a recruiting profile, research programs, and manage outreach to college coaches. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your name and email address, as provided by Google when you sign in.
• Player profile information — anything you choose to enter, such as academics, performance metrics, swing videos, tournament results, and a profile photo.
• Recruiting activity— the schools you track, priority tiers you assign, and the status of your outreach (e.g. contacted, follow-up due). The subject and body of emails you've sent are kept in your browser's local storage on your own device, not on our servers.
• Subscription status— whether you have an active GOLFFIT Premium subscription. We do not collect or store your card details ourselves; see "Payments" below.

GOLFFIT lets you send outreach emails to college coaches directly from your own Gmail account. To do this, we ask you to grant the Gmail "send" permission (gmail.send) through Google's own sign-in and consent screen.

This permission only allows sending mail as you. It does not let GOLFFIT:

• Read, search, or view your inbox or any other emails
• Access your contacts
• See emails you've sent from Gmail directly, outside of GOLFFIT

Emails only ever go out when you personally click Send on a message you've written or edited inside GOLFFIT — nothing is sent automatically or on your behalf without that action. A copy lands in your own Gmail Sent folder, exactly as if you'd sent it yourself, because you did.

To make this work, we securely store an access token issued by Google. That token is never visible to other users, is only ever used by our servers to send the specific message you asked to send, and is never sold or shared. You can revoke GOLFFIT's access at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by deleting your GOLFFIT account (see "Your Choices" below).

GOLFFIT Premium is a $13/month subscription processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's own secure checkout and are never seen or stored by GOLFFIT. We only store whether your subscription is currently active.

We use the information above to:

• Provide and operate the GOLFFIT platform, including your recruiting profile and PDF export
• Send coach outreach emails at your direction, from your own Gmail account
• Process your subscription payment and manage your Premium status
• Maintain the security and integrity of the service
• Improve and troubleshoot the product

Your data is stored using Supabase, a hosted database provider, with access controls (row-level security) restricting each user's data to that user. Connections to GOLFFIT are encrypted (HTTPS). No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Supabase, our database and authentication provider
• Google, to authenticate you and send outreach email on your behalf, as described above
• Stripe, to process Premium subscription payments
• College coaches you personally choose to email through the platform

You can update or remove most of your profile information at any time from within the app. To request full deletion of your account and associated data, or if you have any privacy questions, contact us at golffit.support@gmail.com.

GOLFFIT is intended for use by student athletes, including those under 18, typically with the awareness and involvement of a parent or guardian. GOLFFIT is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us at golffit.support@gmail.com and we will address it.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
