Terms of Service

By creating a GOLFFIT account or using the GOLFFIT platform ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.

GOLFFIT is a self-serve software tool for junior golfers that provides a recruiting profile builder, a database of college golf programs and coach contacts, and outreach-tracking tools, including the ability to send email to coaches through your own connected Gmail account.

You sign in to GOLFFIT using your Google account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your Google account, since it controls access to GOLFFIT. Each account is for one individual player.

• GOLFFIT Premium is offered as a $13/month subscription, billed automatically each month through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain Premium access until then.
• Except as required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
• We may change subscription pricing going forward; we'll provide reasonable notice of any change before it applies to you.

You agree to use GOLFFIT's outreach tools responsibly. In particular, you will not:

• Send spam, mass unsolicited email, or repetitive messages to coaches through the platform
• Misrepresent your identity, achievements, or academic/athletic information to coaches or programs
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the coach contact database
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content to any coach or program
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

When you send a coach email through GOLFFIT, it is sent from your own connected Gmail account, at your direction, using content you write or edit. You are the sender of that email and are responsible for its content, just as you would be sending it directly from Gmail yourself. GOLFFIT provides the tool; you control what gets sent and to whom.

GOLFFIT is a self-serve organizational and communication tool. It is not a recruiting agency, agent, or advisor, and we do not represent you to any college, coach, or athletic program.

We do not guarantee that using GOLFFIT will result in being recruited, receiving a scholarship or athletic opportunity, a response from any coach, or any other outcome. Recruiting decisions are made entirely by individual college programs and coaches, based on factors outside GOLFFIT's control.

GOLFFIT and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by GOLFFIT. You retain ownership of the content you provide (your profile information, videos, and photos); by using the Service you grant GOLFFIT a license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You may stop using GOLFFIT and request account deletion at any time by contacting golffit.support@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — to the fullest extent permitted by law — any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOLFFIT and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunity, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. GOLFFIT's total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to GOLFFIT in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use GOLFFIT after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
